Our coaches understand that numbers are nothing without development — they specialize in guiding small but mighty teams, nurturing talent, and building athletes who rise to greatness through skill, discipline, and execution.

Knights Claim the East Regional Crown!
The Long Island Knights youth athletes delivered a statement victory, capturing the East Regional Championship and earning their spot at the AYF National Championship in Naples, Florida.
This win was more than just a game — it was a showcase of skill, preparation, and teamwork. Every play reflected the Knights’ commitment to excellence and their drive to rise to the biggest stage in youth football.
With the regional title secured, the Knights now set their sights on Naples, ready to represent Long Island and compete among the nation’s best.

The Long Island Knights have once again shown that size doesn’t define success. This small but mighty team captured the 2025 Big Tri-State Championship, earning their place in the upcoming Eastern Region Championship.
Any big team stacked with skilled players can find ways to win — but it takes great coaches to guide a smaller roster, nurture talent, and inspire athletes to develop their skills and reach true greatness.
